My target is to improve the Ghana Premier League- Kurt Okraku

Ghana FA president Kurt Okraku says his administration intends solely to focus on improving the standard of the Ghana Premier League during his tenure.

The Ghana Premier League which is currently the FA’s flagship program is set to go autonomous as plans are underway to begin the process.

According to Kurt Okraku, the Premier League going autonomous will ensure the standard of the league improves.

“It is the target of the FA to improve our league and that is why we have decided to play an autonomous league. In this case, organizers of the league will have free hands to work”, Kurt Okraku told Germany-based radio station Topical Radio.

Ghana football season which is on suspension due to the COVID-19 Pandemic will be decided on June 30 according to GFA.
