“I will support any decision of the GFA regarding the cancellation of the Ghana Premier league” – Amos Kofi Nkrumah
AshantiGold Fc forward Amos Kofi Nkrumah says he will support any decision of the Ghana football association regarding the future of the Ghana Premier league .
Football activities in Ghana has being suspended following the wake of the Corona virus high number of cases being confirmed across the country.
So far Ghana has recorded 8,289 positive cases of Covid-19 and there are fears the situation could escalate just as it happened across in the world.
Many have called on the Ghana football Association to cancel the league and prepare for a new season in September to be able to match the European calendar.
But Kofi Nkrumah who plays for Ashgold says he will not call for the cancellation of the league but will support any decision the Ghana football Association will take.
“I will support any decision from the FA, whether to continue or cancel the league, whatever happens, I am ready and i will accept it in good faith” he told West End Radio.
Ghana football season will be decided after July 31.
