Thomas Gyawu reveals reason for joining Karela United
Karela United newly signed defender Thomas Gyawu says he joined Karela United because it a big club and fantastic club in Ghana.
The former BYFA defender joined the Passionate club on a two-year deal after ending his stay with Bekwai based club.
“Karela is a big club in Ghana and that’s why I joined” Thomas Gyawu told domesticsportsgh.com
“Karela is not only big in Nzema but across Ghana too ,they have a very good history especially during the NC Special Competition,this was enough for me to make my choice ” he added.
The 22-year old believes the club is on the right trajectory after signing several young players in their bid to revive the team that has seen a slump in fortunes in recent years.
” I want to help Karela to survive in the league,I also felt great when I signed for them “and I’m ready to play as well “he added.
