SAD NEWS: The Story of Julius Agyabeng the Kotoko defender who has being paralyzed for Seven years
Former Asante Kotoko defender Julius Agyabeng has being reported paralyzed for seven years.
Agyabeng has been battling for the unknown illness in the last seven years.
The sad story of the lanky centre-back was narrated by a member of his family, Akwasi Appiah on Accra-based radio station Angel FM on Thursday evening.
”He [Agyabeng] has being paralyzed for the past seven years. He is seriously ill, we need help” Akwasi Appiah told Angel FM
“He sustained an injury after his boots got missing at camp. It’s spiritual”.
Agyabeng joined Asante Kotoko from Tema Youth FC after the 2007/08 season.
He featured in all the 30 matches during his stint at Tema Youth where he played 90 minutes in total without going out of any game.
Agyabeng was selected for the 2007 Premiership All Star game after his impressive season at Tema Youth.
He is now 31 years.
