Salisu Mohammed named in La Liga U-21 team of the year- Marca Reports.

Real Vallodolid and Ghanaian star Salisu Mohammed has been named in the best 11 Under 21 breakthrough players in the Primiera La Liga according to Spanish leading sports tabloid Marca.

The young defensive gem made the list with a host of top talents including Barcelona’s Ansu Fati,Real Sociedad Martin Odegaard,Fredrico Valverde and Vinicius Junior of Real Madrid.

Salisu 21,after joining the Blaquivioletas senior team this season from the team B has become an instant hit, helping them to place 13th position on the the log with 42 points in the La Liga after the end of the 2019-20 season.

The sensational defender scored a goal with an assist in 31 appearances in the La Liga.

Salisu Mohammed is reportedly on the verge of joining English side Southampton after agreeing a four years deal worth £10.9.
