PHOTOS: Hearts of Oak begins gym work ahead of pre-season training
Ghana Premier League giants Hearts of Oak are getting ready for their pre-season training with a gym workout.
The 2020/21 Ghana Premier League is set to kick-start on Friday, November 13.
The Ghana FA have outlined the roadmap for clubs to begin pre-season training following the ease of restriction on contact sports by President Nana Akufo-Addo last Sunday.
Hearts of Oak have begun preparations for the season with a workout in the gym on Saturday morning.
The Phobians are expected to start full-scale group training from Monday.
