BREAKING NEWS: Reshuffle hits Karela United camp as four players shown the exit door.
Karela United have begun dispensing with the dead-woods in their players roster from last season ahead of 2020/21 season.
Head coach Evans Adotey, has been tasked to trim his squad of 38 players to work with not more than 28 for the upcoming 2020/21 season.
Club sources indicates, in what could be termed as the first phase of the exercise, the coach has recommended that some players should be cut out as they do not form part of his plan ahead of the season which kicks off next month.
Lawrence Owusu who was signed before the league cancellation has been asked to leave the camp , Prince Fosu, Edward Smith Gyebi and Goalkeeper Lawrence Osei are the names to have reportedly popped up on the released players’ list while other players are expected to be sold.
According to reports we have gathered, few more names are expected to leave the club as the technical team expects to augment the squad with new faces for their domestic charges in the 2020/21 season.
