Ex-Karela United FC Left-back Imoro Ibrahim scored a stunner as the Porcupine Warriors walloped second tier side Achiken FC 6:1 in their pre-season friendly at the Adako Jachie training complex.
Emmanuel Gyamfi and Evans Adomako Wiredu scored for Kumasi Asante Kotoko in the first half.
Imoro Ibrahim added the third goal with seven minutes into the recess of the second half with a well placed curler from a free-kick.
Agyemang Duah pulled one back for Achiken FC before Substitute William Opoku Mensah added the fourth of the day.
Former Nkoranza Warriors forward Kwame Poku fired a quick brace to seal the victory for Kumasi Asante Kotoko.
Asante Kotoko will play Techiman XI Wonders in the GPL opener on November 15.
