MATCH REPORT: Karela United fight back to hold Ashgold in a four goal thriller
Nzema based Karela United FC has held AshantiGold SC in a 2:2 draw game at the Obuasi Len Clay Sports Stadium this evening.
Diawise Taylor fired the Passioners infront in the fifth minute, Ashgold responded on a quick succession from a deflected Appiah Mccarthy free kick to make it 1:1 draw.
Former Medeama SC forward Hans Kwofie scored with a teasing header from Abdul Bashiru swunging cross to end the first half 2:1 in favour of the Miners.
Samuel Ofori grabbed the equalizer for Karela United after been layef through by Umar Bashiru.
Karela United will welcome Inter Allies at the Crosby Awuah Memorial park in their next premier league fixture.
