Fifa announce final award nominees
The final three nominees for the FIFA Best Men’s Player Award have been announced, Domesticsportsgh.com can report.
The award ceremony is scheduled to take place on 17 December 2020, with the final nominees now known for all the awards.
Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandowski, FC Barcelona’s Lionel Messi and Juventus talisman Cristiano Ronaldo made the final list for the Best Men’s Player Award.
With no Ballon d’Or this year, Lewandowski could be favourite to add his UEFA Men’s Player of the Year award after bagging 55 goals in Bayern’s treble winning campaign.

There will be no South African representation at the awards this year after Hlompho Kekana’s strike against Cape Town City did not make the final shortlist.
Luis Suarez, Giorian de Arrascaeta and Heung-min Son are finalists for the FIFA Puskas award.
