Ex-Black Stars goalkeeper land in Nzema ahead of Karela move

Former Ghana Black Stars goalkeeper Stephen Adams has arrived in Aiyinase to resurrect his career with Karela United.

Adams touched down last week and has already began talks and training with Karela United.

His arrival will be seen as a major boost for the Karela United team who have shown class in the ongoing Ghana Premier League.

The passioners who are leaders of the league are without their captain Isaac Hagan and recent injury sustained by Ansah Fuforo is the reason behind Karela United move for the experience Stephen Adams.

The 31-year old goal tender has a huge experience in the local league, where he guided Aduana Stars to win the Ghanaian Premier League on two occasions before leaving to Zambia to join Nkana FC in the 2017-18 season after spending about eight years with the Ogya Boys in Dormaa.

Stephen Adams has previously played for Real Sportive,Great Olympics and Wikki Tourist.

He has also played for IFK Värnamo in Sweden.
