Former Black Stars captain urges footballers to take Education serious

Ex-Ghana Black Stars captain and football legend Abedi Ayew Pele, has challenged upcoming soccer talents to view formal education as vital to their future.

He said even though hard works was essential for footballers becoming future super stars, the relevance of formal education should not be relegated to background and encouraged them to take their books seriously.

The former UEFA champions league wining player with Massiellle also encourage them to emulate the discipline life-class of some of the most successful players who had graced the game on the globe.

Pele revealed this in an interview with the host of CAFE DE France show monitored by Domesticsportsgh.com

“ it’s extremely necessary for young players to adapt Education to their professional career” football is now scientific so players need to understand they game through education”

“Extremely important because today the game is now scientific, we need to read and understand the game’ he added

Abedi Pele captained Black Stars from 1992-1998 and won the Africa best for three consecutive times from 1990-1993.
