BREAKING: Nominees for Karela United Player of the Month announced
Three Karela United players have been shortlisted for the Domesticsportgh-Shaip Africa player of the month for February.
The shortlisted players are: Diawisie Taylor, Umar Bashiru and Kwame Boateng.
Seven matches were played in the month of January- February, with these players giving out a strong individual performances which helped Karela United to top the league table since January 2021.
While the forwards( Taylor & Boateng ) scored freely, Umar Bashiru also provided great contributions to Karela United during the month of January and February.
All the nominees were duly recognized with a number of NASCO man of the match awards for their brilliant displays in the month.
Diawisie Taylor is currently leading the goal king charts with 10 goals, Kwame Boateng has 6 goals and Umar Bashiru with 2 goals as well.
The winner will be announced on Matchday 16 when Karela host Aduana Stars on Sunday at the Crosby Awuah Memorial Park.
The winner will receive a plague, medal and branded T-shirt from Domesticsportsgh.com
