The Ghana U-20 team have secured their place in the semi-finals of the 2021 Total CAF U-20 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament after beating Cameroon 4-2 on penalties.
Ghana has now qualified for the semi-finals of the ongoing tournament in Mauritania.
