Bibiani Gold Stars want Johnson Smith as head coach
Supporters group of Division One League side Bibiani Gold Stars have reportedly contacted the appropriate quarters over the possibility of hiring Asante Kotoko assistant coach Johnson Smith.
A source told Domesticsportgh.com the ex-Ghana International is excited about coaching his former club after two years with the Porcupine Warriors.
Bibiani Gold Stars are currently second on the league log with under pressure coach Kobina Amissah who has been asked to step aside.
Johnson Smith was head coach of the Gold Stars team from 2015- 2017.
He led Karela United to their first ever Premier League qualification in 2017.
