The Passioners capped their return to the pitch albeit in a friendly match with a `1-0 win on Thursday as Kwame Boateng scored against Proud United in the team’s preparatory game ahead of Ghana Premier League return.
Thursday trial match against the Division one League side was a good test. It was quite a fine start in the presence of a sparse crowd, who watched keenly to ascertain whether or not the Passioners and Proud United were fully ready for the remaining fixtures of the Ghana Football season.
The both teams used the match as part of their preparations for their next games coming up.
