REVEALED: 2020/21 WRFA Division Two To Kick Off June 11
The 2020/21 Western Regional Football Association Division Two League season will kick Start on June 11, your most reliable and the Region’s Leading sports website, Domesticsportsgh.com can confirm.
The Executive Council of the Regional Football has proposed the weekend of June 11, 12, 13 as the date for the commencement of the division two league. Clubs are therefore adviced to prepare to help start the league on the proposed date.
Many football pundits and supporters have raised questions as to when the new season begins following the rapid spread of Covid-19 pandemic which has disrupted the global village since 2019 .
Due to the Pandemic, the modalities of the league and documents containing details of precautions measures on covid-19, competitions rules and GFA’s regulations would be made available.
According to our close check more than 50 clubs will participate the season’s competition which comprises of 8 zones, thus Shama, Sekondi, Takoradi, Ahanta West, Tarkwa, Sewfi, Enchie and Nzema.
