Mario Balotelli looks set to be on the move again after failing to help Monza secure promotion to Serie A.

Balotelli looks set to find himself back on the market next month after Monza officials reportedly decided not to offer the former Italy star a new contract following the club’s failure to secure promotion, per Monza News.

The 30-year-old, who joined the Silvio Berlusconi-owned club’s ambitious project alongside former Ghana international Kevin-Prince Boateng, could be on the lookout for a new team and his representative, Mino Raiola, is said to be seeking a return to a top-flight outfit.

According to Tuttosport h/t Arena Napoli, the renowned agent has identified newly-promoted side Salernitana as a possible destination for Balotelli, a move that would see him add a fourth Serie A club to his CV.

He previously turned out for both AC Milan and Inter Milan, before later enjoying a brief spell with boyhood side Brescia, while he has also played for the like of Manchester City, Liverpool, OGC Nice and Olympique Marseille outside of Italy.
