Hearts will win the League- Emmanuel Nettey
Accra Hearts of Oak mercurial holding midfielder Emmnuel Nettey believes Hearts are close to annex this season’s Ghana Premier League trophy for the first time since 2019.
Nettey scored in the Accra derby on sunday as Hearts of Oak and Great Olympics played 1-1 draw on matchday 28 fixture of the Ghana Premier League.
The hardworking midfielder won the man of the match following his exploits on the day for the Phobians.
On Hearts of Oak league title ambitions, the revealed during an interview with Accra-based Angel Fm, that “The league is not yet over for us. We are going to fight for the rest of the points and hopefully, we can annex the trophy at the end of the season.”
The Phobians currently share top spot with arch-rivals Asante Kotoko on top of the table with 50 points after matchday 28.
