Kotoko coach Mariano Barreto laments ‘terrible’ pitch at Dawu Park
Asante Kotoko head coach Mariano Barreto says the bad state of the Dawu pitch was hindrance to the injuries sustained by his players on Monday game against Inter Allies.
The pitch looked crusty and that made ball control very difficult for the two sides in the live televised game on monday.
“It was hard and very rough, very difficult to control the ball but we managed to play” he told Eli Kondo which was monitored by Domesticsportsgh.com
“The pitch was very terrible and you could see it wasn’t a good pitch for us”
” some of my players got injured because of the bad state” he added.
