Report: Hasaacas Ladies to travel by road to honour CAF Women’s Champions League
According to reports sighted by Happyghana.com, Ghana’s sole representative in the maiden edition of the CAF Women’s Champions League will travel to the Ivory Coast by road for the CAF Women’s Champions League.
Hasacaas Ladies were Champions of the GFA Normalization Special Competition, hence gaining the nod of the Association to play in the competition.
According to the reports, Hasaacas Ladies will spent 13hours( 687.8Km) on road to Abidjan, when countries that are closer are reportedly making arrangements to fly their participants.
According to the club sources, the has been no financial support for the team ahead of the maiden tournament.
Hasacas are few other clubs invited to grace Africa’s first ever CAF Women’s Champions League slated to come on this month.
