CAF CHAMPIONS LEAGUE: Hearts of Oak name 30-man squad for their campaign
Ghana giants Hearts of Oak have named six new players in their 30-man squad for the 2021 CAF Champions League campaign.
The Continental club masters have submitted their squad to beat the deadline set by the Confederation of Africa Football (CAF).
With the competition starting next month, the Phobian side have rushed through signing new players to bolster their squad for the tough assignment.
The six new players include; Isaac Agyenim Boateng, Suraj Seidu, Gladson Awako, Enock Asubonteng, Salim Adams and a comeback of former forward, Kofi Kordzi, who has rejoined from a short stint with Qatarian side Muaither SC.
Auroras duo, Isaac Kakuh and Razak Ali has been also named in Coach Samuel Boadu’s final squad for the CAF Champions League.
Midfield gem, Benjamin Afutu Kotey was left out due to contractual reasons, whiles Abednego Tetteh,Umar Manaf Gumah, Eric Dizan and Benjamin Nana Yeboah misses out of the list.
Injured trio Nurudeen Abdul Aziz, Daniel Kordie and Abdourahamane Mamane Lawali are also ruled out.
