WRFA DIVISION II: Holy Stars and Islamicans book super middle league place
Resilient Basake Holy Stars has qualified to the Western Regional super middle league following their hard fought 2:0 win over Ahanta Soccer Believers.
The Great Holy Stars accumulated the maximum nine points in the three games played, scoring seven goals.
Holy Stars qualified from Group A and their Nzema counterparts Golden Islamicans from Kamgbunli also qualified from Group B to the super middle league.
Islamicans were tied on same points with GREL FC on Seven points apiece, with the formal advancing after the latter failed to show up for the penalty shootout decider to determine the winner.
