Nzema Kotoko’s Life Patron in talks with Ghana Gas to speed up project
The Life Patron of Nzema Kotoko Football Club, Awulae Amihere Kpanyinli III, has personally engaged discussions with the Ghana Gas company regarding the construction of their new Astro turf.
The half of million dollars project which is funded by the Ghana Gas company in connection with Ghana National Petroleum Company began in October 2020, has been delayed due to financial reasons and the spread of novel coronavirus pandemic.
According to an exclusively reports aired by the West End Radio’s Sports Lecturer, (Riquelme) revealed that, the President of the Eastern Nzema Traditional Council had extensive discussion with Ghana Gas company in other to speed up the project.
The Ampain-based club has suffered in the past concerning venue issues and they believed the completion of the ongoing project will enhance and boost their morale for their Ghana Premier League ambitions.
The project is expected to be completed in early November.
