Berekum Chelsea forward Stephen Amankonah is heading to Asante Kotoko ahead of the 2021/22 football season.
The winger has agreed personal terms with the Porcupines and is awaiting the final part of the deal between Chelsea and Kotoko.
The two clubs have already settled on a payment plan and the final bit of the negotiations is a settlement on the cedi-to-dollar rate to be applied since Kotoko will be paying in Ghana cedis.
For the Porcupines, the inclusion of Amankonah to their setup, further strengthens their attacking lines which have been boosted by the inclusion of Inter Allies midfielder Richmond Lomotey and Maxwell Agyemang.
