Medeama SC youngster, Ebenezer Ackahbi has been named as the club discovery player of the season after an excellent campaign.
He was influential for the Yellow and Mauves last season, helping the club finish fifth in the 2020/2021 Ghana Premier League and a semi final place in the MTN FA Cup where they lost 3-0 to the eventual winners Accra Hearts of Oak.
The 18-year old played 24 matches, scoring two goals against Elmina Sharks in the Ghana Premier League and Karela United in the MTN FA Cup at the Crosby Awuah Memorial Park in Aiyinasi, he provided seven assists with two MVP awards.
The midfielder beat off competition from Baba Musah Abdulai and Fatawu Sulemana.
