Fans of newly promoted Division One League side, Basake Holy Stars are calling for the sack of head coach Augustine Evans Adotey and goalkeepers trainer Solomon Nii Aryee following the club shambolic performance against Unistar Soccer Academy in matchday nine at the Crosby Awuah Memorial Park.
In a press conference held on Wednesday, January 19 at the Basake Roman Catholic church, the angry fans called on the C.E.O Simon Ehomah to fire Coach Evans Adotey and the goalkeepers trainer Nii Aryee.
“We started the season on a good note and all of a sudden our performance has dipped, the players who qualified us to the league are not been called for camping and we want you to do justice to our words”.
“Goalkeeping errors are killing our team, where are the guys who made history with us, we don’t want our goalkeepers trainer again they stated”.
Holy Stars will play as guests to city neighbors Nzema Kotoko on Sunday, January 23,2020 at the Awulae Amihere Kpanyinli Sports Arena in Ampain.
