Ex-Karela United captain Nana Egyir Preparing For Life After Football As He Studies For Coaching Badges

The career of players is momentary that sometimes end before it even begins.

Former Karela United skipper, Nana Egyir is not odd to this fact and therefore already taking decisions of his own as the sun sets on his career and has started studying his coaching badges in preparation for the future after football.

The 33-year old was joined by 39 other participants as they partook in the second batch CAF/GFA license D coaching course which was organised at Ghana Secondary Technical School in Takoradi by the Western Regional Football Association this week.

Nana Egyir has been out of action since leaving Sekondi Hasaacas before the start of last season but he is not waiting on his final day before he starts to prepare for life and he is taking a proactive position in his life instead of being rightist which many are guilty of.

The no-nosense defender has Previously featured for Medeama SC, BA United and Sanga Belande, Heart of Lions,Heart of Oak and Ebusua Dwarfs as well.
