Basake Holy Stars skipper Emmanuel Ackah Kwaw has emerged as the best player for the 2021 Western Regional Football Association Division Two League at the maiden awards ceremony at the Kenroses Hotel in Sefwi Wiawso on Friday.
The sensational midfielder beat off competition from Masaya Nafu of Bis Paradise and Paa Samson Graham of Sekondi Eleven Wise to lift the most coveted award on the night.
Kwaw led Basake Holy Stars to qualify to their maiden Division One League in the 2021 season.
