Abdul Salam Yakubu, the Chief Executive officer of New Edubiase says he is happy with the performance of his team in the first round of the 2021/22 Division One League season.
The Division One League side have been impressive after the first round, grabbing 32 points just 2 points behind first placed side Samartex.
Speaking in an interview with club’s Twitter handler, the former Ghana FA EXCO Committee member was content with the performance of his players but indicated that they could do more in the remaining matches.
He also lambasted the referees for their poor officiating in the ongoing season.
” We absolutely did well in the first place and I’m very impress despite poor officiating.”
“Second position not bad for me and my team though, but the referees needs to change, they always want to cheat us, and that caused our chances to be at the top” he added.
