Karela United head coach, Bismark Kobi-Mensah appears to point the finger squarely at player’s attitude for the club’s drawn game against Kotoko.
The young tactician in an interview after the game, questioning the way the boys went about their work especially during the crucial times in the ongoing Ghana Premier League season.
Karela United were strongly in contention for the maximum points after Kotoko’s Abdul Ganiu was sent off for fouling Kelvin Andoh.
The 10-man Kotoko came from behind and made the game ended 1-1.
However, the head coach has emotionally criticized his boys after the draw with Kotoko in the matchday 22 of the Ghana Premier League played at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi.
” I will blame my boys for this draw, their attitude was very bad on the day, we could have capitalized their mistakes to punish them, in fact our performance was very shambolic” he said.
“Most of my players were lazy and that really affected us. We should have won against Asante Kotoko” he added.
Kobi-Mensah who was reportedly not on the bench for the Aiyinase-based club was furious and expect his boys to show good attitude when the host Elmina Sharks on Sunday.
