Darlington Gyanfosu scores for Medeama in victory over RTU

Darlington Appiah Gyanfosu was on target for Medeama SC as they returned to Winning ways after defeating Real Tamale United 2-1 in the Ghana Premier League at the Akoon Community Park yesterday, April 10, 2022.

The 2-times MTN FA Cup Champions got off to a good start as Darlington Gyanfosu scored the opener in the 8th minute.

Real Tamale United who were persistent in their hunt, restored parity through Mohammed Sadat via penalty on the 19th minute.

Ansu Kofi Patrick gave the Mauve and Yellows the lead in the 27th minute, which prove to be the winning goal for the Tarkwa based outfits.

The former Karela United winger, Darlington Gyanfosu Appiah has been on a scintillating form since joining Medeama in the second transfer window.

The Miners will visit the El-wak sports stadium to play Legon Cities in week 25 of the Ghana Premier League on Sunday.
