“Top four finish is what we seek” – Karela Supporters Chief

Karela United will host West Africa Football Academy ( WAFA) on Sunday in the final game of the 2021/22 Ghana Premier League Season.

The Sogakope-based club after spending eight seasons in the domestic top-flight championship will be saying goodbye to the Ghana Premier League should they lose their last fixture againts Karela United.

Meanwhile, Karela United Unique Supporters Union boss, Albert Acquah- Agape in an interview with Domesticsportsgh.com said, his team will put up a spirited performance againts WAFA because they want to finish in the top-four this season.

‘Supporters want top four, so I know our boys will deliver for us” he said.

‘”We don’t want them to disappoint us, and I believe they will make us proud” he added.

The two side have met 6 times in the Ghana Premier League since Karela United got promoted to the elite division in the 2017/18 season.

The Passioners have won two, drawn two and lost two.

Karela United are currently 4th on the league log with 49 points whiles WAFA is lying 17th Position with 35 points after 33 games.
