Karela United head coach, Bismark Kobi-Mensah is ready to maintain goalkeeper Prince Asempa who joined Karela United on-loan from Bechem United in the second transfer window.
Speaking to Domesticsportsgh.com after Karela United final match of the season, Kobi-Mensah said; “he will keep Prince Asempa if only he is ready to stay with the team for next season”.
“He “Asempa” is very young and with his experience in the top-flight league, he can add a lot to the team”, he added.
The 22-year manned the post three times, kept two cleansheets and conceded two goals in the Passioners 2-1 lost to Techiman Eleven Wonders in week 28 of the Ghana Premier League.
The former Black Satellite netminder made his debut in the Ghanaian top-flight at age 16 and won the FA Cup in 2016 his debut season, making him the youngest player to win the cup.
Asempa made about 50 appearances for the Hunters before his loan move to Karela United
