Ahead of the upcoming domestic campaign, the Passioners are in hunt to strengthen their weaken edges and have identified Black Galaxies midfielder Razak Kasim as the missing gem in the team.
The 28-year old displayed a five-star performance in about 30 games he amassed in the 2021-22 Ghana Premier League with one coming against their city rivals Accra Hearts of Oak.
Kobi-Mensah is said to have recommended Razak Kasim to the top hierarchy at Karela United who has also started crunch negotiations.
The Pride and Passion side will have to fast-track any effort to sign the player who is clearly wanted by Hearts of Oak, Asante Kotoko and Medeama SC to add him to their ranks for the 2022-23 season.
Razak was a sensational and one of the pillars for Great Olympics in the just ended Ghana Premier League.
