NEWS IN: Former GFA medical committee chairman set to join Karela United Board

Ghana Premier League side, Karela United Football club are set to confirm Dr. Baba Adams as new board chairman, Domesticsportsgh.com can exclusively report.

In a brief discussion held on New Day FM, in relation with Karela United takeover issues, the Public Relations officer of the club, Samuel Enyan revealed that the club are set to get new faces including former Ghana Football Association Medical committee chairman and Black Stars team Doctor, Dr Baba Adams.

According to the astute Sports journalist, Abena Brigidi and Honourable Haruna iddrisu together with the new Karela United-leadership will do their best to ensure the club returns to normalcy.

Addressing Karela United current issues on West End Radio earlier this morning on Friday also, Samuel Enyan revealed that the experienced medical practitioner and football administrator will join the Aiyinase-based club as it’s current board chairman and also help resolve medical status of the playing body.

“I believe we have come under intense pressure for the past few days with respect to our current predicament” but trust me we have a new chapter and a lots of people will come on board to continue this process which includes former Ghana Black Stars team doctor and FA Medical committee chairman, Mr Baba Adams.” Enyan Stated.

Ben Ntsi, Lawrence Cudjoe, Elleony Amande, Nii Armah Ashong Katai, and Koame Adonle Miezah who are old faces will team up strongly with new members to ensure Karela United return back to it’s feet” he said.

Karela United expected board chairman has vast experience in Ghana football and he currently work as orthopedic surgeon at the 37 Military Hospital in Accra. He was the erstwhile head of Ghana Medical Committee.
