The matchday Ten clash between Legon Cities FC and Karela United has been cleared today, Friday, December 30, 2022.
The Royals today hosted the matchday opponent at the WAFA Park in Sogakope.
In a game that produced just two goals, the visitors took the lead after 36 minutes through Emmanuel Owuso Boakye.
Although Karela United took the lead into the first half break after their good performance.
A spirited performance from Legon Cities FC saw the home team equalize in the 73rd minute through an effort from Rahman Abdul.
Despite the efforts of the two teams to get the crucial second goal, they all failed and had to settle for a 1-1 draw at the end of the 90 minutes.
The result means Legon Cities will remain 6th on the Ghana Premier League table at the end of matchday ten.
Meanwhile, Karela United FC are now 10th on the league log with 12 points.
