The Community Department General Manager of the Ghana National Gas Company, Mr. Stephen Donkor has revealed that, Karela United have not benefited from the company in the past 16 months.
Reports of Karela United not benefiting from Ghana Gas cooperate social responsibility have been a myth in Nzema with some people tagging the Gas processing film of being bias to the Aiyinase-based club.
Mr.Donkor emphatically confirmed after series of research regarding the sponsorship package that Nzema Kotoko have been receiving their stimulus package whiles Karela United in the other side have not.
“Yeah, it’s true per my checks and records I have here as General Manager relating to the community matters, Karela United have not been paid but Nzema Kotoko get theirs”.
“The last time I checked we were paying but I was not briefed and updated when the money was not coming, but will check and see the reasons behind all, so will do another check” he told West End Radio.
