The 6th Edition of the West End Radio Independence Day Soccer Fiesta-WEISFA CUP is set to return in a mega style for the first time since 2019.
The competition has been off for sometime following the lack of sponsorship and COVID-19 pandemic which disrupted the global village in 2019.
However, according to West End Radio, the organizers of the Independence Day gala competition has revealed that the WEISFA CUP will be back in a grand style especially because the competition provides the best teams in Nzemaland.
The Independence Day Soccer Fiesta is a competition organized annually for the three Nzema constituencies as part of activities to celebrate Ghana’s independence day.
According to the organizers, this year’s edition will be played from Wednesday 2nd- 6th March, 2023.
