New faces has popped up as they intend to lead the Ellembelle District Football Association, Domesticsportsgh.com can exclusively confirm.
According to our latest projection, the current chairman Muniru Usher has totally lost hope from the members who brought him to be the chairman of the District Football.
Under his regime, clubs are no longer interested in registering for the Third division league due to his robot style of administration.
And again, clubs have issued strong warning to the current Western Regional Football Association chairman, Hon.Simon Ehomah that, he might not have their votes sake of the bad leadership of their chairman, Muniru Usher.
Clubs within the Ellembelle District Football are expecting new faces to run the Association, hence names have been revealed to change the dimension of the association.
Domesticsportgh.com has projected that, 80% of the club here want to vote against Hon.Simon Ehomah sake of chairman Muniru’s behavior towards them during the 2021/22 EDFA Division Three league.
However, the concerned football fans in Ellembelle have rised up and ready to do everything possible to get the chairman removed from his office to pave way for others who are ready to revive and change the dimension of football in the district.
We understands and have noticed that, clubs paid over Ghc6000 to get registered just for the third division and they have double up their expenditure in the ongoing Regional Division two league.This has led some of the clubs ready to boycott any future games associated with the District as well as the WRFA.
Muniru was elected chairman of the Ellembelle District Football Association in 2019 and his term of office expected to run out this year September 2023.
