Ligue 1: Black Stars midfielder Samed Salis up for Marc Vivien Foé award

Salis Abdul Samed nominated for the Marc Vivien Foe award
Salis Abdul Samed is expected to beat competition from ten other players to win the 2023 Marc Vivien Foé award after massively impressive campaign with RC Lens.

The 23-year-old Black Stars midfielder has made 29 appearances for Lens this season, scoring one and providing one assist in the process.

The Marc Vivien Foé award is given to the best performing African player in Ligue 1 in a particular season with Ivorian midfielder and Lens captain Seko Fofana being last to win it.
