DEFILEMENT: Court to decide Philip Flamini’s final fate on May 30

Sekondi High Court reserved judgement until May 30 in the case of the embattled Karela United midfielder, Philip Flamini accused of defiling a 13-year old, Domesticsportsgh.com can exclusively report.

Philip Flamini is facing a three-account charges of indecent treatment of a child, sexual assault, and defilement.

The charges were proffered against him by the Ellembelle District Magistrate court.

Philip Flamini believed to have pleaded not guilty to all accounts.

According to reports, Justice of the Sekondi High Court has adjourned the case for judgement after the prosecution and defence counsel had adopted their final written addresses.

” Yes we have by May 30, to decide the fate of Philip Flamini, Karela United player” so the case has been adjourned by Sekondi High Court to Friday, May 30, 2023. Paralegal and Ellembelle District Social Welfare, Mr. Jonas Kabutey revealed.

Philip Flamini is alleged to have defiled a 13-year-old girl at the team’s clubhouse on Saturday, April 29 in Edwakpole, a suburb of Aiyinase in the Ellembelle District of the Western Region.
