Newly promoted Ghana Premier League side, Bofoakwa Tano has been accused by Techiman Eleven Wonders for using juju on their players.
Mensah Logosu, who is the head coach of Techiman Eleven Wonders revealed this in an interview with Accra based Atinka FM on Friday.
The young gaffer further revealed that, their goalkeeper was rushed to the hospital before the game, which caught the management by suprise, and he believes the black magic used on his players resulted in their painful defeat to Bofoakwa.
” Our goalkeeper could have made three or more saves during the penalty shoot-out, but his performance was poor due to the juju”, he said, in an interview quoted by Atinkafmonline.com.
He also emphasized that, Eleven Wonders striker, Osman Zakaria, was unable to capitalize on his opportunity during the penalty shootout.” All of this evidence point to juju planted by Bofoakwa” Logosu added.
It will be recalled that the two clubs met last weekend in the penultimate Division One League Playoff played at the Accra Sports Stadium where the Sunyani based side defeated Eleven Wonders on penalties to book thier place in next season’s Ghana Premier League, however it seems the Techiman based club saw something different from what everyone saw.
Despite their allegations, Bofoakwa Tano have finally returned to the Ghana’s topflight football after 16 years and they will compete in the next Betpawa Premier League alongside Nations FC and Zone 3 champions Hearts of Lions.
