Guinea and Egypt are in Group D alongside Ethiopia and Malawi. Egypt leads the group after four games with nine points. The Pharaohs have won three games and lost one game.
Guinea is in second place level with Egpyt with nine points after four games. The Syli National has also won three and lost one.
Ethiopia is third with three points they have lost three games and won one game. Malawi is bottom with three points after four games.
