The General Manager of Ghana Premier League side, Accra Lions, Obiri Yeboah has stated that, his outfit will give their best in their final game of the season against Bibiani Gold Stars on Sunday.
The club faces a possible relegation from the topflight if the teams below pick maximum points and they fail to at least draw in their final game of the season at Duns Park in Bibiani.
Obiri Yeboah in an exclusive interview with Accra based Max FM, reiterated that the club will do its best going into the final game against an in-form side Bibiani Gold Stars.
“We know they are a good side, they lie 5th on the table, and they play well but we are going to give our best at Bibiani this Sunday”, Obiri Yeboah said.
As your most reliable portal reported earlier, Global football icon and 1991 FIFA World Player of the Year, Lothar Mathaus who has acquired a majority stake in the club, will be hoping the club will retain its Premier League status by avoiding a defeat on the final day.
