Nzema Kotoko dealt fresh transfer blow as coach Prince Koffie drops biggest hint

Nzema Kotoko have been left slightly worried about head coach Prince George Koffie’s future after the negotiations over a new contract were delayed this week.

Coach Prince Koffie contract with the Nzema-based club run out after the 2022/23 Ghana Football season.

It has been reported that, Prince Koffie travelled to Nzema last month and it was expected that he would meet the club to discuss his future and possible renewal of his contract.

According to reports, the parties are still apart on terms of the new contract amid the coach’s possible exit.

Though this is not an ideal scenario for Nzema Kotoko, they are not panic stations yet as it widely expected that George Prince Koffie will indeed lead the Ampain based club ahead of the upcoming Division One League Super cup as it his desire to remain at the Awulae Amihere Kpanyinli III Sports Arena for now.

The Red Armies side are yet to resume camping ahead of the 2023 Division One League Super Cup slated for August.

George Prince Koffie guided Nzema Kotoko to an unprecedented third place finish after the 2022/23 Division One Zone Two competition.
