Abubakari Mumuni steps down as head coach of Nsoatreman

Head coach of Nsoatreman FC, Abubakari Mumuni Sokpari has resigned from his role with prompt.

With reasons best known to him, the 49-year old has called it a quit ahead of the upcoming Ghana football season.

The former WA All Stars coach sent his letter of resignation on Monday, July 17, 2023.

He was appointed as the coach of Nsoatreman in January this year and helped the club to retain it’s top-flight status at the end of the 2022-23 campaign.

Mumuni led the club to the semi-finals of the MTN FA Cup, where they lost 3-2 to King Faisal.

Reports states the club are set to hire former Legon Cities and Black Stars coach Maxwell Konadu for the 2023-24 domestic season.

The Nsuatre-based outfits will announce a new trainer before pre-season begins
