Ampain based club have officially resumed training ahead of their maiden participation in the Division One League Super Cup.
Domesticsportsgh.com understands, 17 players began training with the Ampain based club on Tuesday morning at the AAK Arena.
Having mutually parted ways with Coach Prince George Koffie, assistant coach Felix Tamakloe is currently training with the boys for the past five days.
Eight teams from the just ended Division One League will take part in the 3rd edition of the Super Cup to be held in Kumasi.
Winners of Zone 1B, Bofoakwa Tano, alongside Young Apostles and Eleven Wonders will compete from Zone. Whiles Nations FC, former champions Skyy FC and Nzema Kotoko make up the list of clubs from Zone Two with Koforidua Semper FI and Hearts of Lions representing Zone Three.
The 2-week competition shall climax on the Sunday, August 20, 2023 at the Dr. Kwame Kyei Sports Complex in Abrankese.
Daboase based Skyy FC won the first edition after beating Tema Youth SC at the Madina Astro Turf before Liberty Professionals beat Nsoatreman FC to win the second edition at Kyebi in the Eastern Region.
This year’s edition will take place in August 2023.
