Former Dreams FC, Nzema Kotoko boss set to be named new Holy Stars GM

Former Dreams FC Administrative manager, Mr. Gilbert Kwesi Nyankson is in line to be named the new General Manager of Division One League side, Basake Holy Stars, according to West End Radio Super Heavy Sports.

The experienced football administrator met the owner and directors of the club last week over a possible take over the club as General Manager.

Holy Stars are currently without an Administrative Manager following the departure of Solomon Bosomtwe who is currently in abroad for academic reason.

With the 2023/24 Ghana football season set to kick off this month, Kwesi Nyankson is expected to be named as the General Manager of the club following a successful meeting with Hon.Simon Ehomah.

It is yet to be known how many many years Mr.Nyankson will stay at the club.

Yankson is a physical therapist and an event planner.

He has previously worked with West Africa Football Academy (WAFA), Dreams FC, Nzema Kotoko, Kotoku Royals and Unistar Academy.

The Basake Holy Stars finished 8th in the 2022/23 Division One League despite poor start to the season.
