2023 AFCONQ: Central African Republic land in Kumasi ahead of Ghana clash

Ghana’s opponents Central African Republic have touched down safely in Kumasi on Tuesday morning ahead of their epic showdown against Ghana in the 2023 AFCON qualifiers.

It is definitely an all important fixture for the Wild Beasts who will need a win and nothing more to book a spot in the next Africa Cup of Nations.

They have two wins, a draws and two defeats in the qualifiers so far, reason they’re currently lurking on the third position with 7 points in Group E.

They arrived in the capital, Accra last night per reports, and proceeded their journey to the Garden City- where the game will be held.

Raoul Savoy and his men are expected to hold a mandatory training at the match venue- Baba Yara Stadium on Wednesday mid-afternoon for quick acclimatization in order to have themselves very ready for the game.

The game is scheduled for 16:00GMT (4:00pm) on Thursday, September 7, 2023.
